Ricky Rubio was injured on Friday night after banging knees with Kobe Bryant in the fourth quarter. Rubio will be evaluated further on Saturday.
Minnesota Timberwolves fans are collectively holding their breath after Ricky Rubio took a tumble on Friday night. Late in the fourth quarter of Friday night's matchup with the Los Angles Lakers, Rubio went to double Kobe Bryant on the wing. As Bryant attempted to maneuver past him, the two collided, sending Rubio to the floor in a heap.
He left the game and was attended to on the bench, with further evaluations to come on Saturday. The injury was to Rubio's knee, as you can see in the video below.
